Simply the best. Cares for my nan to a high level. Always doing the extra Mile. Office team very polite and always there 24.7 Director Sandy always out on calls supporting her staff. Nice to see as you don't see many directors doing this. Staff always doing extra for my nan care package. Never moan whatever I ask of the team.
