By appointment, friendly staff, good price point. Good for seniors.
I'm not impressed with their customer service. My grandmother had booked an appointment with her hairdresser for 10:30am a week in advance, she was on time but the hairdresser took 2 walk in appointments before finishing her hair. We left over two and a half hours later! When we arrived the hairdresser told me it would be an hour and a half at the most. I am super frustrated that they have such a blatant disregard for other people's time. Wouldn't go back.
Great place, I have been a customer for 30 years. Love my hairdresser Grace, she is like family.
