We had Vera’s redcoat and repair our travel trailer roof in November 2021. They stated that there was a 10 year warranty on the roof. We took a road trip in January 2021. The new coating failed. Unfortunately we have moved out of their service area. I contacted Julian and told him about it and sent pictures. He apologized and promised to send me some repair materials. Outstanding service and quality work. Julian was responsive, timely and explained detailing options well. Easy to book appt online, timely and communicated along the way. The most important aspect? ...my RV looks amazing. Oxidation and scratched gone. Well worth the investment in the ceramic coating. Highly recommend.
No call, No show, not Professional! Too many excuses, bottom line is we will take our business elsewhere. Zero stars would be more appropriate, customer service, communication, Professionalism non existent.
They were very professional. They did a GREAT job! I will definitely hire them again, and maybe we'll do the ceramic.
