Our mission is to help you remember your true stance, and to feel just plain good. Our name, “Vera” is the Latin feminine expression for truth and “pose”, is a synonym for stance. Essentially, we help our yogis remember who they are. We believe in teaching yoga from a place of love. I have loved every class I have ever taken at Verapose Yoga. Walking into the studio, I am filled with a calming peace. Courtney and all her instructors are wonderful whether you are continuing your yoga journey or are new to yoga, you will find it is all you hoped for.
Calming and strengthening yoga classes always leave me feeling relaxed. There's always a ton of natural light in the studio and a lovely atmosphere that's perfect for meditation. Highly recommend, my favorite studio in Dexter!

Beautiful yoga studio, community and owner! I had heard rave reviews about Verapose and it was just a lovely in person. Courtney is a fantastic teacher and welcoming studio owner. She offered numerous options on poses which was a really nice touch (and one I don’t see often in 20+ years of yoga practice). The yin & gong class was an extra juicy chance for self care to end my week. I’ll be back often!
