Veranova has been such a blessing for my wife and I. The staff has gone above and beyond during times of confusion and emergencies. We have never encountered such warm hearted people in the medical profession, and their ability to communicate quickly and effectively inside and outside of the office is most appreciated. Dr. Beeman specifically has also been the source of a lot of much needed healing in difficult times and I don't know what we would do without him. Veranova was the first doctors office to take my needs seriously. I was cared for with respect and kindness. They were incredibly thorough and helped me immediately. I can't say enough great things about them and I highly recommend them.

Having recently moved to the Parma area and unfamiliar with different doctors, I came in here for an ear problem since they were the ones with the quickest availability that was covered by my health insurance. While the front staff and nurse intake went well and they were nice, the CNP made some questionable statements. She definitely needs some cultural competency training to avoid microaggressions. You could not pay me to go back here. I spent less than 5 mins with the doctor for my initial appointment before she tried to put me on a thyroid medication that I would have to be on for the rest of my life (I’m 29). This was PRIOR to checking my thyroid levels. Once we did check my bloodwork, she commented that she thought my ovaries “were malfunctioning” even though she confirmed I was ovulating during my exam. Love Veranova! After my first appointment with Carolyn I left feeling informed and heard. She is very responsive to messages and I didn’t ever feel like I was bothering her with my questions. I now follow with Dr. Beeman for my pregnancy and he’s very down to earth and knowledgeable. Everyone I encounter there is kind and respectful. I love that I can speak freely about my faith and that my providers understand where I’m coming from in my decision making. Couldn’t recommend this place more.
