Never assume that one person can’t make a huge difference. I have to give a huge shout out to Allison for her exceptional customer service and genuine care for her work and the people she helps. I have had some not so great experiences at this community, but Allison was quick to turn all of my negative feelings around by simply being an employee who truly cares. Allison is most definitely an asset to this community.
Well, the apartment is nice, but not what we signed up for. When we started this lease, we were supposed to get a renovated Townhome and then when we actually signed the lease, they switched it to a non-renovated. The staff does not want to seem to take responsibility for this and also don’t wanna give us the eight weeks free we were promised when we moved in.

They have roaches and rats! Stayed there 10 months and seen at least 10 rats/mice during my time living there. Also will charge you ridiculous move out fees once you move out with no explanation. Stayed here 10 months and was charged a $300 painting fee when I didn’t hang any pictures on the wall.
