I am extremely disappointed with how Verano Townhomes has handled our air conditioning issue. We have been without a functioning A/C during extreme Arizona heat, and the lack of urgency, communication, and follow-through has been unacceptable. We were told that a portable A/C unit would be provided while repairs were being made. Not only was one portable unit completely inadequate for a home occupied by two separate families, but it was never even delivered. We waited, expecting at least some relief, and it never came. This place has a lot of spiders and big roaches . I spray everyday but it’s still coming so I don’t know what to do . I’m stuck with this place . I really wanna move out coz my kids got traumatized with all this spiders and roaches everyday we’re dealing that … they said it’s a luxury place no it’s not I tried all my best to rip off all this insects inside my place but it keeps getting worse . This is the best complex I lived while before moving out of Arizona, the community is safe and calm, most of the units are occupied by families, there are a lot of kids playing outside, you get an overall sense of community. The kids club was super positive for our kids, Melissa was amazing and really suportive, if I had stayed in Arizona I would had kept living at this complex.

Great experience with all the Leasing Office staff, they made my move from Chicago to Phoenix easy, and less stressful. I appreciate all the local suggestions given in regards to restaurants, shopping, and everything local near my apartment. The good positive energy is just what was needed. Keep up the good work.
