We moved into this apartment just one week ago, and unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. This apartment was advertised and presented as “move-in ready,” but it clearly was not. The stovetop is broken, and none of the burners work. The dishwasher was backed up and smelled horrible from the previous tenants. The racks are rusty, and the inside is scratched and generally looks like it was never properly cleaned. The baseboards throughout the entire apartment were not cleaned. There is hair and dirt li... read more

I give Verano Townhomes 0 stars for management’s handling of an ongoing basketball/ball-related noise disturbance lasting approximately eight months. This is not occasional household noise. Repetitive bouncing and impact noise travels through my shared walls and occurs unpredictably throughout the day, night, weekends, and holidays. This severely affected my sleep, caused severe anxiety, and affected my ability to peacefully enjoy my home. I repeatedly contacted management beginning in December 2025. Here in Verano Townhomes I had a few service request and repairs that needed to be made. Even though they were backed up when they were able to get to me all the repairs were done that same day. So that made me really happy to see that they took care of it. Especially me having black mold in my toilet tank. It was fixed the next day. So I can say that when it comes to repairs and they get to it as done properly with care and respect for the property and the tenant.
