This is a horrible place to live in,don’t waste your money,the Ahwatukee community is really good clean and safe but unfortunately not the Verano townhomes ,the big problem here is when you request stuff to the property to be fix, looks like the high rent we pay here is not enough money to solve basic issues, for example my door is not Seal properly so my electric bill is really high in the summer, my oven is not working either so I can’t cook most of the time , my bathroom for over two years is having mold and I have to bre... read more
