If you are considering moving here, DON'T!!! This place is a disaster and only getting worse by the day! I have been living here since 2020 and what started out nice (great staff, timely maintenance turn around time, clean area, etc.) has now turned into a complete nightmare. All the pleasant staff members don't work there anymore and have been replaced with people who seem angry they even have to work and take out there problems on you. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!! Unless ur really need place cuz it definitely cheap at first til apparently you gotta move which you either get charged for some damages or something from previous owners or such or since their lazy bums just cover things up in apparent with cement and paint or whatever they use cuz you’ll see some imperfections as you live here. Have been waiting on maintenance since we moved in to fix our washer. Went to the office they told us to put in a work order, it’s been a week, again, we JUST moved in. It was strange how when we initially ran it, everything seemed to be fine. And now that I am trying to run it with clothes it makes a horrible loud noise that you can hear from outside the home like it’s struggling to work. The apartment itself is really cute. We appreciate Keishas help for getting approved quickly. But the bugs are insane. My apartment gets sooo many crickets inside. We find them on the couch, on the table, and now my 2 littles are scared of these damn crickets. They want to be held at all times in their own house that’s supposed to comfortable for them :( also have found one sewer roach inside as well. caught the exterminator on the doorbell camera only inside my house for one minute who stated he just did the downstairs???
As a former resident, I left my unit community feeling very disappointed. My biggest concern was the management. I believe good management is the foundation of a well-run community, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Many issues seemed to be disregarded or minimized rather than addressed. Instead of taking concerns seriously and working toward solutions, I often felt like they were brushed aside or justified with generic responses.
