The service was fine but I never saw anyone. It was a very no physical presence establishment on our weekend however, having said that they were very supportive and informative. They told me they wouldnt be there and gave me loads of information on how to have a lovely stay and we did. The room exceeded expectations and we were extremely comfortable.
We loved our stay here. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was much bigger than expected. Beautiful and quiet location near the river and a short drive from the main strip. Lovely pool and spa. Would recommend!
The pool view room was really spacious and very well equipped. The lounge area had enough space for everyone to sit comfortably and the balcony area was lovely. The pool area, bbq area and grounds were spotless. The manager was above and beyond helpful and friendly. While it’s not right on the river it’s only a few minute walk and I’d happily stay here again over many of the other river facing accomodation options.
Stayed at Verona in Noosaville and couldn’t fault it. The customer service was genuinely fantastic from start to finish, friendly, helpful and nothing felt like too much trouble. The pool area was incredibly clean and well looked after, which made it really easy to relax and enjoy the space. Location is a big plus too. It’s close enough to everything without being in the middle of the chaos, and getting to Hastings Street is quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again.
