I live down the street they built those places so fast, could believe how fast they put those up, they used pre made roofing joust, spackle and illegal workers, just cheap cheap cheap fast fast fast, not an investment i would make there going to settle in a few years then a give the owner a lifetime of problems and expensive repairs to save the house. but they will sell them to anyone the doesn't know anything about how homes get built.
