I've been living here a little under 2 years now and have been very happy with my experience. It seems whatever issues provoked bad reviews in past years have been much improved upon as I've had no such issues. I started living here as a Trinity college student and it was a great option for me. The staff are friendly, personable, and responsive. Since they got the new maintenance man, Patrick, things have really turned around here. It used to be that the water would be out almost every other week for several hours, now maybe once every couple months for a few minutes. Melonye, the manager, is also helpful and responsive. The major downfall of this apartment is that there is no laundry in the 1bds. I keep renewing my lease because I really can't find anything better for the price point.
Price was very affordable and the rental agent was very polite and attentive
