Rene came today to help me with my dryer because I stupidly dropped a chap stick in the dryer vent and it was really loud. I felt bad because he had to take out the whole dryer but he was so nice about it. I asked him if he knew if rings could get lost in a washer and dryer and he told me where it could have gotten lost. After a year of living here, I’m disappointed with how my transfer situation was handled while moving. I reached out proactively and acted in good faith, but due to miscommunication, I was told I must continue paying utilities and additional non-refundable fees for a unit I no longer occupy.
