Absolutely horrible experience dealing with this realtor, particularly the agent Vicky Galkina. After going under contract on a property they had listed as "turn key" she didn't keep her seller on task to resolve issues with the house, mainly a non-functioning furnace and bad water test, which resulted in the seller defaulting on the contract terms two days before closing.
