Phil did a site inspection and measure within a couple of days of my enquiry a month ago. He was very knowledgeable and had some great suggestions. He was going to put together a rough estimate of costs, but I never heard back from him. Sent him a text, no response. Left a voice mail, no response.

Phil and his crew were exceptional throughout the process. In addition to a competitive price, what we liked the most was the quality of service and workmanship. They were very prompt in responding to all our queries and consulting with us along the way. They were very accommodating in our requests and when they could not accommodate they would explain the reasons. A hustle free approach, thank you MBV!
While there are numerous positive reviews for Melbourne’s Best Verandas, our experience was the exact opposite with this company. We contacted MBV for a project over 6 months ago and arranged an on site appointment with Phil. We explained our vision for the project and said we would be ready with finance on or about 6th October 2024 and wanted to start at this time. I am reviewing on behalf of Snap Fitness Burwood. We recently got a veranda done for our gym. Both Phil (builder) and Nick (foreman) and their entire crew were super easy to work with. They even worked in 30-40 degree heat all day, which was absolutely insane and we are so thankful for their speed and efficiency in our finished product. We had some council issues to try and get this up but they were so supportive and so patient with us.
