Property manager Laura .here is a very helpful wonderful person.will help anybody looking for a home.I have visited many parks in area and I have found none to compare with Veranda Springs. Nice people property is kept up and lowest lot rent in area The office staff and maintenance here are totally fantastic I just bought home here and I recommend anyone looking for a home to check out VerandaSprings you will not be sorry
Stay away!!! The property manager is rude. She files false accusations against my Emotional Support Dog. She claimed my dog attacked a lady. If that was true wouldn't animal control and the police have come to my home and taken my dog away? I was told animal control didn't answer their phone. Then she said my dog attacked another dog. I recieved no response from animal control. My dog did bite another dog the dog was on a retractable leash and barked and pulled towards my dog, that was the only true accusation. Pamela, shame on you! Your 70 # dog pulled away from you and picked up the 10# dog and shook her and mauled her. She had to have emergency surgery and was at the vet for several days to make sure she would survive. You say bite to downplay the severity of the injuries to your neighbors dog. True service dogs do not have to wear shock collars. Thank god your dog didn’t kill the other dog. Anyone can read the state laws - animal control will remove a dog immediately if it kills another domestic animal or bites a person. And sh... read more
