Attended wedding there about 5 years ago. Before hurricane. Wonderful place for wedding..loved the bar and restaurant. Looks in good condition from outside. Haven't been inside since the hurricane but assume all is well.
If you stay on the beach side be prepared for everything you own to smell like cigarettes and if you complain they upgrade the smokers who are smoking right beside your room. There is no designated smoking area by the beach side, when we arrived the people next to us and those big cigarette dispensers right next to our door. (We had 2 5 year olds and one 7 year old, we didn't want them inhaling smoke) I moved it immediately but they set right outside their door with one chair by our room and another on the other side of the ... read more
