We have had a family member who has lived at Veranda for over two years. She is very happy there. The staff is extremely professional and patient oriented. We could not be more pleased with the services provided at Veranda and highly recommend it.
Veranda staff are very nice and respectful. Love the patio outside. Food taste like home. Thank you Veranda for giving my husband a quiet, peaceful place to rest and recover. I will highly recommend this place. Thank you Ms Elva Munoz for going all out in visiting us at the hospital. Only one that did that out of the 4 Rehab places I called. My dad & his wife were both transferred from Valley Baptist to Veranda at the end of June 2025. I live in FL & had traveled back & forth to Texas 4 times. Ms Elva went above & beyond, she provided me with her cell phone number & no matter what day, weekend, day or night she always answered my phone calls and/or returned my text messages. She was a blessing to me & I'm very appreciative to her. We are very grateful and thankful to Veranda staff for all the support they provided to my father while he was there. Staff ensured he was well fed, cared for, and provided all accommodations needed to help in his recovery.
Over all the staff, did an amazing job taking care of my dad . They have a rehabilitation center they work hard on getting them back on their feet my father went in with his foot dragging and came out 90 days later walking straight but with the help of walker my father was getting physically therapy 5 days a week he has bad arthritis on his knees. Of all we definitely recommend this rehabilitation & nursing home. Mr. Vega says, OMG lol
