So far we've had a good experience with Veranda. The staff spent a lot of time to ensure our needs were being documented and met. We happened to arrive during activities and it looked quite lively with everyone up and about. Also, a big thank you to Elva! She was super helpful getting us introduced to the facility and what it offers. Insurance stuff and procedures are ALWAYS a hassle everywhere you go, but it was handled easily over here.
