Great therapist at this place! Great nurses, and CNAs. We love the people there, thank you for taking great care of our Mother! Joelle, Jesse thanks for being a great Therapists! Johana does an amazing job with activities at Veranda! She always keeps the residents engaged and makes sure there are fun things for them to do. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and puts a lot of effort into making activities enjoyable. Veranda is lucky to have her!
Since the day our loved one got to Veranda the service there has been great Elva and the staff have gone above and beyond of what we expected still is but we would like the facility to be able to let him get his TV and sound therapy since he is bed bound it's becoming harder to accommodate him with what he needs I know they will fix this issue not for us but for our loved one.
