New management, I own a few apts there and could tell you the building is being run better. The apts are unsurpassable, a true gem in the area. Best location ever with excellent amenities.
Would not recommend living here unless you have one vehicle and don’t mind the water being shut off at least once a month for hours on end. Guest parking is practically non existent.
