Would not recommend living here unless you have one vehicle and don’t mind the water being shut off at least once a month for hours on end. Guest parking is practically non existent.
Have lived here for nearly 3 years now. The residents are great and the building is quiet and clean. Great pool and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Plantation Central Park. Yes there are serious water issues that are being addressed. It is a big inconvenience but I have lived in many buildings with all sorts of issues and it is being actively worked on as best as can be at this point. I have no plans on moving, this is home for me.
This condominium property building needs better improvement that has so many issues with no hot water, water shut off due to inspections and you pay soo much money just to live there. Management give reports to residents on some minor issues that are not major problems which they are bigger one needs to be taken care of like sometimes management sends emails to residents with news like water shut off and other repairments causes residents to put up with. I don’t usually leave reviews, but when I do I try to be positive because it impacts peoples’ businesses. I’m writing this is a PSA. If you are looking to live at Veranda at Plantation, whether buying or renting, strongly reconsider. Background : I’ve been renting here for about a year. In that year, Castle Group the pmg (property management group that owns the building) has turned over 3 different building managers and several maintenance workers. DO NOT buy or rent here!!!!!!! Hardly ever any hot water!!! Many times I’ve had to deal with only cold water and this is continuously! It’s a disgrace for a building like this to have this problem. Apartments are not equipped with hot water heaters. Instead they have boilers!?!?! Yes something of like the 1950s. And many times the elevator is not working as well! I lived in that building a while back I have heard many complaints from present residents!!! 😡
