Would not recommend living here unless you have one vehicle and don’t mind the water being shut off at least once a month for hours on end. Guest parking is practically non existent.

Have lived here for nearly 3 years now. The residents are great and the building is quiet and clean. Great pool and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Plantation Central Park. Yes there are serious water issues that are being addressed. It is a big inconvenience but I have lived in many buildings with all sorts of issues and it is being actively worked on as best as can be at this point. I have no plans on moving, this is home for me.
