Everyone made this a pleasant and smooth experience. Moving can be stressful, but no stress in accommodating all of my needs for a speedy and efficient move in.
Lived here for a year. Maintenance is slow to respond and they don’t always fix the issue right away. Pool is dirty and closed constantly due to being shut down by the health department. I do not recommend especially if you have kids.
My wife Judy and I would like to compliment our maintenance tech Kevin. Responses are quick and thorough. He is always personable and professional. Veranda is fortunate to have him on staff.
Every positive review you see here is by a new resident who was likely begged by the office staff to post it! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I’VE EVER LIVED. The office staff is incompetent and predatory. The units are cheaply built, they all get the landlord special if you know what I mean! Everything falls apart from the handle pulls on cabinets to the plumbing to the a/c! When you live in an apartment, the dependency on the maintenance staff is key when items do need to be addressed. Grateful to have Kevin on staff here, not only is he highly skilled and focusses on long-term fixes, he cares about the property and the tenants and he is just a great person to be around!
