I had an awful experience with their wine delivery and club. I belonged for a year and received my wine once or twice. When I went to visit the winery and to pick it up (I live in DC and only get out that way once a year), they couldn’t give it to me because they claimed they didn’t have the returns in their system. Worse yet, rather than help or resolve the issue, the head staff manager really didn’t seem to care.
