So glad to have this shop right in Lyme. At 100k miles my crosstrek needed new hub assemblies. Scott replaced them for me, then did follow-up work to replace the rotors, pads, and an ABS sensor. He communicated everything that was going on, why it was happening, and never pressured me to do work that wasn't necessary. When the wheels were making noise after the initial hub assembly replacement, he did follow-up visits free of charge to resolve the issue.
