Veracity installed 9 Marvin Infinity windows and 3 patio doors in my house. Thoroughly impressed with their work. Exceeded all expectations. Mike Morris not only provided a competitive estimate but gave some uniquely insightful suggestions to provide a high end finishing touch to the project. Very unprofessional company be very careful about doing business with them. Lack of communication between themselves. Still waiting for them to my project. Specially Mike the sales rep.
Chris and his crew were fantastic. Install went good and they had an army of installers to get the job done same day. Fast but detailed with sealing as I watched this part on a few of the new windows. Everyone was professional and nice. Would recommend this company if you’re looking for new windows; quality products and outstanding service!
My wife and I had a consultation with Marco Calderon this morning concerning the installation of 2 sliding doors for our home. Customer service means a lot to us and Marco was super informative, very knowledgeable of the products, the installation, and very patient with all of the many questions that we had which he answered with ease making us feel confident in his knowledge of the products, processes, and the company.
