This is the best local bank in Austin. Friendliest and most personal staff I’ve encountered. They answer all questions very quickly and make things very simple on you! Kruti, Ling, and Maddie are all incredible! Bank here!
First of all if your in Austin and this your bank prepare to be inconvenienced they are closed on the weekends and are only open 9/5 minus an hour break they take for lunch on top of that the customer service is awful don’t expect great service expect below bare minimum
Vera bank is BY FAR the worst bank you could possibly bank with. not only do they not have a regular location in atx, they close at an inconvenient and inconsiderate closing time of 4pm. This bank should stay in only small towns because its not evolved enought to compare to any other provider
