Signing in to Vera website is soooo easy it actually makes the banking experience a pleasure. I probably sign in to 20 sites a day. None have the ease and conscience of Vera website. Donald Bousquet.
Unable to get in person help! Extremely limited staff at the Temple location long lines due to no staff in house. Staff that is in house isn’t knowledgeable and unable to assist staff. From the appearance of the branch it looks like they are shutting down this location. Spent a total of 20 minutes at the Temple location with no assistance. If you are looking for a new bank go elsewhere!!
