Multiple times I’ve shown up for a scheduled and verified appt for a vaccine and they were not in office. Showed up today only to learn from the call center that EVERY location in Colorado is closing. As a patient you would expect to learn this stuff from the doctor/office, not their call center you call after 5min of standing outside the office. Just terrible service.
I can honestly say this is the best team of clinicians I’ve ever been treated by, and the best primary care I’ve ever received. Their front office staff is also amazing! They really live up to their name by approaching your whole body health and not just applying bandaids to symptoms. I feel very safe in their care as a queer person as well, and I don’t think I’ve had an appointment yet where I didn’t leave crying happy tears because I actually felt heard.
