I was originally impressed by Vera Health but they have gone downhill recently and the care they provide is very poor. No one will ever answer the phone at the clinic. I have been trying for a week now and it always goes straight to their answering service. Their answering service sends multiple messages each day marked as urgent to call me so I can talk to someone but no one has bothered to reach out to me still. The treatment and holistic counseling and services that I have received at Vera Whole Health on Sand Point Way have been the best medical care that I have ever received. Highly recommend!! They have caught important medical issues early and connected me with physical therapy so that I could run again after not being able to for 3 years.
I love it here, everyone is caring, compassionate, kind. They really make the effort to make sure you are heard. I feel very happy with my care here
