Dr. Rekha Singh was amazing! She took her time to listen and made us feel really comfortable. The whole staff was super friendly. Overall, we had a great experience all around!
This place was recommended through my insurance because I had to receive a physician's referral to be able to see a specialist in order for the specialist's appointment to be covered by my insurance. When I walked in for my appointment, there was no one at the front desk and the phone kept ringing. I waited for about 10 minutes awkwardly listening to the phone ringing off the hook until the receptionist came around the corner and seemed shocked to see me (as if my appointment wasn't on the schedule). I had one of the most unorganized and dysfunctional visits I’ve ever experienced. When I scheduled my appointment, I clearly stated that I was coming in for a full physical, including a women’s wellness exam. During the visit, the Dr. Singh rushed through questions about my medical and mental health history, even answering some of them for me, which I found very odd. Dr. Singh has always been receptive, helpful, and very reassuring. Very straight forward whenever I have questions and very respectful. Madeline, the receptionist, has always made me feel very welcome and is an absolute delight to converse with while I wait. Very happy with my overall experience coming to this establishment.
Dr Rekha Singh is great. However the staff are disorganized and extremely rude. It’s very common for them to say “it’s none of your business if there is a doctor, or a nurse or a MA at the appointment that you are scheduled for”. Be prepared to go fasting for your bloodwork only to have your appointment cancelled on you the day of your visit when you’re at the clinic with no prior notification.
