I can't believe the level of incompetence at Vera Whole Health! They expect patients to play detective with pharmacies just to get crucial medications. Even after telling them that pharmacies wont tell me because its a controlled substance, they still wont call on my behalf. I have called 4 local pharmacies and have been told the same thing at each one, It's absurd! Now I'm left without what I need, thanks to their misguided approach. Absolute frustration dealing with them!

Dr Vance, Vera Whole Health Las Vegas, NV. can keep you waiting as long as he wants in the waiting room, But if you are late within their 10 minute window he will not see you. You have to reschedule. After reading his reviews it is obvious his arrogance is displayed in many other areas. I will discontinue using Vera Health until they get doctors that are more concerned about a patients well being versus his time is more important than a patient. Arrogance doesn't pay the bills. Patients do. Vera Health has lost me.

I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET SOMEBODY TO ANSWER THE FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS. LEFT MESSAGES NO RETRUN CALLS BACK. I HAVE A COMPLAINT ABOUT THERE OFFICE IN RENO NEVADA. I GUESS NOBODY WORKS THERE. THEY NEVER CAME BACL FROM THE COVID-19. AND NOBODY WORKS FROM HOME. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOOD FOR YOU.

Signed up for a Covid Vaccine shot. Few days before I get a call saying I’m not eligible because “I’m not in their system”. We talk for a bit, and eventually get told I am indeed eligible to get the vaccine from them. Only to get a voicemail a few hours later being told my appointment is being cancelled because a supervisor said I actually wasn’t eligible(I’m a critical worker..Not trying to pull a fast one and jump in line)..Despite being able to sign up for the shot through the program they used(eventbrite). Healthcare startup focused on transforming healthcare through empathic listening. They employ remarkable humans who care for humans above themselves. I thought this place was too good to be true, but it true. No healthcare services are offered at this location at the time of this review.
