For the most part vera is decently operated. Until there is an outage then its going to cost you a fridge full of food and alot of waiting ...and if you want two bills a month saying your payment is so much and you have so long to pay it then one week later you get another bill with a higher price and the money is due Now. This is the power company you want .. besides that they are like all other power companys
