Tried for about 3 hours to make a reservation for high tea at the treasury restaurant .There was no assistance for a booking - the contacts we tried by phone did several times hang up on us. What personal does The INTERCONTINENTAL employ? Very pure performance - the public should be made aware of such attitude.

Great view from my room and service was top notch!
Our stay at the InterContinental Sydney was wonderful overall. We had driven all the way from Thredbo, so by the time we arrived it was quite late—around 11:30 pm. The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the late arrival so much easier. He provided excellent service, and we really appreciated his kindness. Amazing location near metro station and walking distance to some very interesting historical sights in Sydney. The room was quiet, stylish and perfectly clean. The breakfast buffet was very high quality. Thanks for a great stay.
