The owner does all the skincare herself, and she is incredibly skilled at tailoring each session to what your skin truly needs. The owner kept criticizing my skin and asked me 'what happened'?!?!. Even though I told her that I have eczema and very dry skin. I will never go back. She could've kept it professional.
