I witnessed my sister come home in tears after this appointment. Her hair had severe breakage and uneven color. The stylist named Yumi Nguyen later posted her name, photo, and number without consent even after receiving a cease and desist. Totally unprofessional and retaliatory. After leaving this review, watch 5 star reviews appear. Be careful.
