Worst shop I've ever had to deal with, reported to B.A.R., and having to sue them to compensate for damaging my vehicle negligently while trying to reinstall a part they previously installed incorrectly. I was more than generous in giving this shop multiple tries to earn my respect and confidence, but they crossed a line. Initially, I got along well with Nick and his dad, the owner. Edit* I have to change my review. I was more than generous in giving this shop multiple retries and do-overs, overlooking some glaring issues. Initially, I got a long well with Nick and his dad, the owner. Brought my car here for some minor work, stuff that didn't need the dealership to program. First red flag was during wheel speed sensors install. Then another job included installing strut mounts and struts, and after getting my sprinter van home, I noticed they installed one of the strut mounts incorrectly. Brought the ca... read more
