If I could give 100 stars I would. The employees were so fun and helped us out a TON! I recommend this store to anyone who wants something from Vera Bradley.
Irene and Karen are the loveliest ladies working at the Natick VB store! I went into purchase a gift for a friend and was not certain of the difference in sizing between an extra large and a 2XL. One of the ladies was kind enough to try the item on and both sizes to let me see. She could not have been more accommodating! Staff was amazing! Went there the evening of 5/8 and the woman that helped me offered great suggestions, helped me find the right gift, and did a beautiful job wrapping the gift. Quality of their products is good, and service was excellent.
