AWFUL customer service. Came in looking to buy 5 backpacks and all the girls at the cashier desk were on their phones and when I was asking questions about the collection they said they didn’t know anything about the product?! Left and went to the Allen Outlet, ending up buying 8 bags, 2 medicine containers, & 6 keychains. Had a MUCH BETTER experience!
