If I could’ve I would’ve bought everything
This review has NOTHING to do with this specific store, and everything to do with the company in general. So I do apologize to the people of the store, as this is nothing y'all did. However, does deserve recognition from the company. Purchased an all leather keychain, and name tag. It broke. TWICE. The zipper handle also broke off my bag, which I am now replacing with just some random keychain (because it is genuinely difficult to grasp the tiny silver clasp that the handle broke off of, to open and close my bag now) not fro... read more

Like the product, but service was slow. I wanted price on 2 items. 2 women at front counter. 1 helping customer. Other one fiddling with register. Was ready to walk out, but really wanted product so waited.
