One of the best massages I’ve ever gotten. Simply exceptional!!
The lady at the front is absolutely rude and unprofessional, it’s her way or the highway instead of fixing a problem her booking team made she blames her customers and refuses to fix the situation. I had a good massage and then signed up for a package. I suffer for TMJ and they told me that I have to pay extra for my TMJ massage. I got the package so that they can take care of my aches and pains but they want me to buy another package for it. This is unheard of that your therapist would not take care of your concerns and only follow a preset massage. Got the organic facial and they did an incredible job with extractions. Granted it was painful because they used a pimple needle but they truly got the gunk out. No need to go to the Christine Chin spa in NYC when you can go here for deep clean extractions!
Mandatory tip of certain dollars! Once you buy Groupon they ask you to pay tax. I have used Groupon before but no one asked to pay again on the price mentioned on Groupon. Other than that they make it Mandatory to pay tip $15 for 1 hr and $30 for 2 hrs massage even before going to massage room. I told the lady, I will pay the tip according to my experience, but she was very rude. They make you pay the tip what they want, not your choice. Never seen this anywhere else.
