They are very very rude. Don't waste your groupon here. You will be met with nasty service and replies on Google to check your "redemption" meanwhile it says NOTHING about cash tax upon arrival and tips. Unprofessional and nasty.
Very bad people is cheating. I pay in the card and go in the place. She said five dollar tax and tip. I am very surprised service is not done and she first I need tip and the reception lady I don’t like this place please careful everybody
Not a good sign when owners responses to adverse reviews are all defensive rather than adding a comment to try to give the customer a better experience… I called to make an appointment for my wife. I asked over the phone if there was any issues bc my wife was 8 months pregnant and they said no problem they have pre-natal packages. I also asked over the phone about the Groupon order and if it can be used for that and they confirmed over the phone it was fine to use. My friend was so kind to buy a Groupon voucher and gift me a massage and facial for my birthday, during my pregnancy. I called to ask what the difference would be since a prenatal massage would cost more and was not what was originally paid for. Instead of clear answers, I was met with nastiness and hung up on several times. The receptionist is disgusting and shouldn’t have a job in customer service.
