I had an amazing experience at Vepo Day Spa! My massage and facial were done by Sammy, and she was absolutely wonderful. I received this as a gift through Groupon for Mother's day and the whole process was easy with no issues at all. Sammy made me feel comfortable, took great care of me, and recommended adding hot stones for an extra $20 — definitely worth it with all the knots and tightness I had. I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend Sammy and Vepo Day Spa, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Now I’m reading the reviews from everyone who bought through Groupon. I made my purchase on Monday and called to schedule my appointment, and they told me they weren’t available until next Tuesday—which is 10 days away. When I mentioned it was a Groupon, they became rude and short with me, like they don’t want me to go. So why advertise on that platform? Take your listing down and stick with the customers you actually appreciate.

Bought a groupon for an hour facial and massage. Was underwhelming. From the massage room you could hear all the sounds in the lobby, the phone ringing, other customer conversations. My masseuse said that my back felt like a rock. I laughed because it was funny and unexpected but ultimately the massage didn't really loosen or soothe my back. I was pleasantly surprised on how great my experience was after reading the negative comments. The massage and facial were awesome! The suggested tip was well deserved for the person working in my mom and me. Please judge this place on your experience because I would have missed out based on some of the comments.
