This place is great !!! Wonderful massages and nice staff. I've been going for years. The bad reviews are from people who clearly can't read the small print on Groupon. It's states you need to pay the taxes upon arrival. Not the spa's fault you can't read. I've bought two groupons for myself by accident in the past and just gave the second one to a friend. NASTY. Beware, they will be mean if you use Groupon. Here's just a sample of their illiterate replies to customers on here: "I have to said one more time to you . You can't reused Groupon again . You used other phone # and other name , used very reasons for ridiculous . You are so so RUDE too , we did service for your other friend , you just let her not pay any tips . I went in for a facial and massage, and I have to say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I made the appointment two days in advance, and they called the next day to confirm. I let them know I’d be using a Groupon, and it wasn’t an issue at all. After reading some negative reviews, I was hesitant at first, but my experience was nothing but positive. Sandra and Samie were great and made the whole experience even better. I will definitely be going back again.
10/10 Service, Sandra & Sammy took such good care of my partner and I. Sammy immediately saw and felt the tension in my shoulders and stopped at nothing to get every knot. They were incredibly sweet, accommodating to all needs & extremely talented. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience. We will definitely be back!
I have had multiple reviews responded with nastiness from this company, including - "Restrictions: New customers only. Limit 1 per visit. All goods or services must be used by the same person.
