Very Disappointing Experience I purchased a Groupon for a massage, expecting a relaxing and professional experience. Unfortunately, the visit was very disappointing. The massage therapist did not ask me any questions beforehand about my preferences, areas of concern, pressure, or whether I had any specific needs. Just received a message from Sammy this morning that was gifted to me and it was incredible. She was so nice very professional, always making sure I was comfortable. Talked me into hot stone message which was a first for me but I highly recommend, well worth the added expense which is very fair. All around a great experience from time I walked through the door. Will definitely be coming back.

NEVER USE THIS SPA, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Save your money and your time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Vepo Day Spa. I called to schedule a massage appointment using a Groupon voucher that I had purchased. As soon as I mentioned that I was booking with Groupon, I felt the receptionist’s attitude changed noticeably.
