I just called them about coming early to pick up my garbage because we had a freeze malfunction on Saturday. When I called I was on hold and listened to a very nice message about their pride in the environment and commitment to customer service. I was very impressed. However, I was told that Thursday is the only day that they pick up garbage in my area and they would make no exception. So much for good customer service.
