I work at an aged care facility where veola empty the dumpsters at night with a fork truck, when bags of rubbish fall from bin onto ground whilst emptying the bins the driver and offsider just run over the rubbish and leave the area dirty.dont make any effort to pick up what was dropped, no work ethic or integrity at all.
A veolia truck hit and damaged my car. It has been over 12 mths and I am still being ignored and given stories about their insurer. Not good enough at all
Don’t always collect the general rubbish bins they are contracted to collect. . They do one side of the street but regularly miss bins on the other side of the street. Terrible service that I am paying for through my rates.
Probably the worst business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Left an asbestos bin on our front lawn for a month (paid and pick up requested 3 weeks prior) while my wife was heavily pregnant which delayed our renovation and cost us money. Made even worse by the fact we live directly across the road from a school and they didn't seem to care. Appalling service standards avoid at all costs.
