awful company to deal with. really really bad been trying for over 1 week to arrange to get my waste oil pumped and after numerous emails and being on hold for hours on combined calls I still cant get hold of anyone to book this in . communication is horrendous
After contacting them about missing my recycling bin on bin day they said they were going to pick it up the following day. The following day they didn't pick it up. Called again and they said they've already finished the area so they can't do it till Monday now. Not good enough.
