After finding out we were paying false charges for over 2 years its taken us 6 months of emails and phone calls to try and get our money back . After the credit team admitted in February 2025 they made mistakes due to new system we are still getting charged and still have not got our $1600 back . The booking of pick up takes 30 mins and why your on hold they brag about have 190,000 staff members but can not answer a simple call . Never again will my sites use this company .

Will work u into the ground given mental health problems but won’t give a shit when your burned out because there’s always someone new from hire company to take there spot, trucks could KILL YOU and they will find a way to blame you. Will try and throw u under the bus for accident when there trucks are not road worthy, will make u clean up other people work but still expect more and more from u but won’t remember those times you helped. Terrible terrible service. After getting in contact with them waiting weeks for an email or return call they were supposed to collect heavily overflowing commercial bins 2 weeks ago and haven’t. The bin man came today and didn’t pick up the commercial bins as there was a couple rubbish bags in front of them.
