I signed up for veolia environmental services last april and was told that I have to wait 3 - 4 weeks for a trash can to be delivered to my house. I cannot wait that long so i went ahead and paid my friend $100 to pick it up for me in her vehicle. it is July 11, 2012 now and they have just picked up my trash can today without any notice when they were supposed to pick up the trash on yesterday/tuesdays. I have been trying to get a replacement garbagr can for over a month. When the truck picked up the can the lid was ripped off. I have placed 3 calls and sent several e-mails but still have a can with no lid.
