I called Violia's office on Friday to organise the disposal of some paint tins and expired paint. I was told to take it to the Eastern Creek Center. My guys loaded up their trucks and drove all the way there only to be told they could not take the tins. I called head office and they informed me that they were indeed not full and should be able to take them. The left hand seems not to know what the right hand is doing. Meanwhile i'm wasting time and money....

moving house and needed to drop some stuff off today. this is the public drop off site so you don't need a UHF radio. if you've got a ute and 6x4, a station wagon or a toyota yaris and some junk from around the house, this is the place not the other one. these guys were great. lady at the weighbridge was helpful, the area was clearly signposted (turn left at the yellow box trailer), there were signs, brooms, rakes and shovels at each station, the staff were helpful, etc etc. i was in and out in about 10 minutes. coming from ... read more
Positive feedback: Decent location. Polite staff. Critical feedback: Quite expensive ($533 for 900kg mixed waste).
Got there at 3:55pm today (Saturday) and the security guard who was smoking cigarette wouldn't let me dispose flattened cardboard boxes. Told me it closes at 4pm so I should have been there by 3:50pm. Mind you there was already another customer there disposing his trailer full of scrap metal. I asked to speak to the lady who was at the gate and she too stopped me from disposing it. Would have taken me 2mins to do it but they decided to spend 10 mins arguing and stopping me.
