MONEY GRABBING OPERATION! ! Had several 1.8m long posts that stood vertical in a 7 x 4 trailer with 90% of the trailer being empty. Was asked to pay for the cost of a 'large load'. When i questioned the attendant, the response was "yeah nah mate, your loads too tall". Coughed up the charge and learnt my lesson. Sadly, this kind of exchange is being relayed through multiple experiences heard throughout the community.
