Went above and beyond when my AC failed. Not only did they repair my AC, VenzAir corrected misinformation from a different company who had come out to check the system and corrected their patch into a long term solution. Very professional, very courteous, very skilled. Kudos to the team!

Called for HVAC service and was told it’s 85$ to come in and diagnose the problem . They Came in and after an hour and half finish diagnostic was told I need to pay total 300$ for the visit to replace contactor hardware that cost 15$ in Home Depot , which took them 5 minutes of labor . Very unprofessional and no integrity in regard to pricing.
