I visited Venus and Vogue with my mom in search of a wedding dress for her. The lady working was very unprofessional and rude to us. She made several snarky comments about my moms weight/size. Very unprofessional and frankly rude. Do better.
I would have to say that i started out having a great experience with this Venue but when it came down to the last days of me getting my dresses it was not a good experience they lost payments that i made on my dresses and the other problem i had was that i had to cancel my wedding due to covid and i was told that i will not be able to get my deposit back for the venue even though they was all booked up for my new wedding date so i was not able to rebook with them yes they have a great dress selection but they still need to ... read more
