Absolutely wonderful experience! I am so thankful we stumbled across this place! The dresses are nice but the customer service was outstanding. We had 3 young teenagers looking for dresses. Mrs. Pat was not overwhelming them and she gave them space once she showed them where their sizes were. (She was even able to k ow their sizes by looking at them!) she was very kind and She was accommodating when we had questions and my daughter ended up finding the perfect dress without any pressure from a salesperson!

I would not recommend this store for shopping. When I walked in I was not greeted and there was no one at the front to help. I started to walk around trying to find the item I came looking for but was not successful. While walking around, no one ever came and asked if there was anything they could help me with. Do not waste your time coming here. The staff is not friendly and the store could use an update.

Last Saturday was our first time coming here. We were greeted warmly by Angie. She's extremely knowledgeable, personable and very nice. We went to look for a formal dress for my daughter. She walked us through every step of the way. Unfortunately, we didn't find what we were looking for here. But, she told us, they do alterations here and not just for their dresses and tuxedos.
