John Conenna and Venus Travel is the company you want especially in an emergency. It was easy to work with John, he found us great flights. When Lufthansa called a two day strike, Lufthansa told us we were on our own. John on the other hand found us alternate flights, argued for credit from Lufthansa and had us home six hours before our original itinerary. I can not thank him enough!
John was fantastic, planned our sister trip to Palmero. John did a fantastic job of booking our flights. My sister flight got cancelled and John took great care of my two sisters getting them home. We are going to consider a family trip I will use John a100%. Thanks John!!
