Very Good experience since the trip was leaving on Wednesday and they were able to do my trip on Monday two days before the flight so I was very lucky and they are very professional. The whole trip was excellent. Mariela was on top of everything in more than two weeks of the vacation trip. 100 percent recommended !!!

Just got back from a 10-day honeymoon in Italy. John made the planning process personal and easy, meeting with us several times before, as we revised our itinerary and finalized our arrangements. The trip was flawless and for the few small hurdles (flight delay, cancelled excursion), John took care of updating our driver/rescheduling as necessary.
