First time getting my hair done by Ruz and I truly had such a great experience. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease, and I really appreciated her attention to detail, the products she used, and how accommodating she was throughout the appointment. Her communication around expectations and timing was clear from the start, which made the entire experience feel seamless. I left feeling amazing and so pleased with everything. La mujer que me hizo el cabello super amable, se toma su tiempo en cuidarte tu cabello y no le importa estar contigo todo el dia con el fin de que quede tu cabello sano y con un color que te guste. I’ve been coming here for over three years now and that alone should say ALOT! my hair has been natural my entire life and not only has Rus been very gentle and caring with my hair.. but she has also been very HONEST and PROFESSIONAL! she never fails to be transparent with me and educate me on the importance of hair care and proper product usage. Terrible service, I asked for long layers and all the lady did was cut two pieces of hair in front of my face. Not worth the money and the front desk office was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and trash. Never coming here again do not waste your money.
