Terrible service, I asked for long layers and all the lady did was cut two pieces of hair in front of my face. Not worth the money and the front desk office was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and trash. Never coming here again do not waste your money.
Used to be a regular customer stopped coming due to work schedule . Today I came for a wash blow and trim the women washed my hair super quick and I asked the lady who’s speaks English is she sure it’s clean she just said yeah without coming to check my scalp. STAY AWAY!! RUN!! DO NOT DARE GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! My name is Gigi — I am truly heartbroken and even disgusted after my first visit on Saturday September 6th at 11AM. I walked in with my own hair products (OLAPLEX) for a wash & blow-dry.
