When I called in to schedule an appointment, I told the receptionist to please put me with someone who knows how to do dip powder. He told me everyone in the salon knows how to do dip powder. As you can see in the image posted, it clearly shows not all their nails techs in the salon know how to do the dip powder. Waste of $50!
Unfortunately i had a negative experience initially as i had an appointment booked with Karla to become a new client after reading all these amazing reviews for her. When i came in she double booked herself on a platform aside from the one used at the salon and chose the other client over me which was a terrible experience to say the least. I’ve been getting my nails done here by Ana for a while now, and she never disappoints! She’s super sweet and takes her time to ensure that everything looks perfect. I recommend!!!
I walked in and it was nice. But at the beginning I asked for dip and the lady said”okay”. Then when she got to adding color, she added paint, not dip. Then I told her I asked for dip and she acted clueless.
Kathy does an Amazing job with manicures, pedicures, and scar camouflage work. Definitely recommend seeing her
