Been going to this place for nearly 2 years now, the only times that I get a bad experience is only when Amy the manager of the place does my nails this is like the third time, she's rough and hurt a lot doesn't care if she cuts you she also broke one of my nails today and said it's normal when I complained!! today i came in and got my nails done by kim. she was so lovely and made sure that i got everything i wanted and that everything was perfect, she kept asking me if i liked it or if i wanted it changed!! it hurt when she was filing it but im sure that’s just apart of the process. one slight problem is the colouring of the base, every time i’ve gotten french tip it’s never looked this brown before, idk if it’s meant to lighten or what but it kinda ruins the nails, although everything else looks great
I get Mani and pedis, they always do great work with my nails. However, their pedicures are terrible. The girls don't show any enthusiasm and they always seem rushed. I was there on Friday and the woman doing my feet was terrible. Absolutely terrible. She did a poor job, the colour looked like a little girl painted then on, she missed painting parts of my nails and the massage lasted 10 seconds! This was the last straw for me. I'm never going back. I'd rather go to Serene nail spa in Campbelltown and pay $90 for a top notch ... read more
