Had a padicure and manicure. After 1 day one of my finger nails started to peel. Went back the next day and they fixed it. After the 3rd day the rest of my nails started to peel. Went back, no clients in the shop. I tried to show them what was happening to my nails and they wouldn’t do anything. I got abused and yelled at. I was stunned and shocked that someone can react in such an appalling way. Asked to leave the store and never to return. Not that I will. What a horrible experience.

I had a very bad experience at this salon. I got my nails done here and they became extremely painful shortly after. The work was not done properly and the base of the nails was not built correctly. I had to come back to the salon twice because of the pain, which wasted my time. Instead of fixing the problem properly, I felt like I was given excuses and misleading explanations. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and I would not recommend this place.

Very disappointing experience. I’m usually pretty easy‑going with nail salons, but the service here was genuinely poor. My nails weren’t cut properly, the shellac was uneven, and the massage chair was broken. In the middle of my treatment the staff just walked away and left me sitting there. The salon wasn’t even busy, yet when I asked whether my gel had dried, no one bothered to check—they were too busy doing each other’s nails.
