Really disappointed. They ruined my nails. I got a manicure with shellac. They filed my nails very thin. After I left they were chipped and broken within 30 minutes. Whilst I was having my manicure another customer returned with the same issue.
I’ve had acrylic nails for years and they usually last 3 to 4 weeks before needing an infill, so I know what to expect. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing. I had a bad feeling from the start—everything felt rushed, and I could tell the technician wasn’t taking the usual care with prep and application. Very friendly and caring
The worse customer service. I would put zero stars but not possible. I let the technician know countless times before she started to paint my nails, that my nails were uneven and she said it’s ok she will fix them. She didn’t proceed to fix them. After she was done with one hand she told me to put in under the light. Then later on when I asked her to fix them she said she couldn’t because I had already put them under the light. Absolutely appalling experience. I came in for a simple acrylic nail removal and instead of soaking them off properly, the technician ripped them off my natural nails. No care, no explanation, no warning. One of my nails is now completely exposed, bleeding, and in constant pain it’s pulsating and I’m genuinely worried about infection. This was not just unprofessional, it was unsafe. There’s a proper way to remove acrylics, and this place clearly doesn’t follow it. I trusted them with my nails and left injured.
